FIELD SET FOR THURSDAY’S TWIN DUEL RACES
DAYTONA BEACH, Fla. (Feb. 14, 2019) – Ricky Stenhouse Jr. led the Roush Fenway Racing qualifying effort on Sunday afternoon at Daytona International Speedway.
Sunday’s session set the front row for next week’s Daytona 500, as well as the starting lineup for Thursday’s Twin Duel qualifying races. Both teammates will compete in the first Duel race.
Stenhouse will roll off the grid in 10th while Newman will take the green flag 13th.
The Duels consist of two 60-lap, 150-mile races. The first Duel is scheduled for 7 p.m. while the second will start at 9 p.m.
