Briscoe ‘really excited’ for Chicago
CONCORD, N.C. (June 28, 2018) – Chase Briscoe is back behind the wheel of Roush Fenway Racing’s iconic No. 60 Ford Mustang in the NASCAR Xfinity Series (NXS) this weekend at Chicago. Before traveling to the Midwest, he sat down for a conversation about the upcoming race with Claire B. Lang on ‘Jack’s Garage.’
“I’m really excited to go to Chicago,” Briscoe said. “This is probably one of my top three favorite race tracks that we go to all year long. It’s kind of been marked on my calendar for a while now so I’m excited to get there.”
Briscoe will also be pulling triple duty this weekend. Not only will he race the No. 60 Nutri Chomps Ford Mustang, but he’ll be running two others in a sprint car on the same day.
“I just like to race,” Briscoe said. “I’m just trying to race as much as I can, whatever it’s in. Just trying to drive anything I can at this point.”
