Newman Unveils Patriotic Scheme for Charlotte
Ryan Newman Unveils No. 6 Oscar Mayer Patriotic Scheme at Fort Bragg
FORT BRAGG, N.C. (April 18, 2019) – Ryan Newman’s No. 6 Ford has a new patriotic look for the Coca-Cola 600 race at Charlotte Motor Speedway.
Adorned with stars, stripes and hotdogs the No. 6 Patriotic Oscar Mayer Ford also features a decal honoring the life of Sgt. James Nolen, a Ft. Bragg soldier who was killed by a roadside bomb in 2009 during his second deployment to Afghanistan.
On Wednesday morning, the ride was unveiled in an emotional ceremony with Sgt. Nolen’s family at Fort Bragg. Take a behind-the-scenes look at Newman’s day and the new scheme in the video above.
