Ryan Reed this Week’s Featured Guest on ‘Jack’s Garage’ on SiriusXM NASCAR Radio
CONCORD, N.C. (Sept. 28, 2016) – Roush Fenway Racing’s Ryan Reed joins Claire B. Lang as this week’s featured guest on “Jack’s Garage,” the weekly segment on SiriusXM NASCAR Radio (Channel 90). “Jack’s Garage” runs each Wednesday night at 7:30 p.m. ET with award-winning host Lang during her popular “Dialed In” show.
Reed, who pilots the No. 16 Lilly Diabetes/American Diabetes Association Ford Mustang in the NASCAR XFINITY Series (NXS) for Roush Fenway, will make his 100th NXS start this weekend at Dover International Speedway. Reed enters the weekend fourth on the Chase Grid.
In addition, Roush Fenway announced today, that Reed will attempt to make his first NASCAR Sprint Cup Series start later this season at Talladega Superspeedway. Reed will drive the No. 99 Lilly Diabetes/American Diabetes Association Ford Fusion. In 2011 – having been diagnosed with type 1 diabetes – the young driver was told he would never get behind the wheel of a race car again.
